MEEA Comments to Kentucky Public Service Commission on KPCO's DSM Portfolio

 In April 2017, MEEA submitted a set of comments to the Kentucky Public Service Commission as a non-intervenor in the Commission’s investigation into Kentucky Power Company’s demand-side management portfolio. MEEA’s comments seek to illustrate the importance of energy efficiency to program participants, the utility system as a whole and to the Commonwealth of Kentucky, while also supporting robust evaluation, measurement and verification practices to ensure that programs deliver real energy and non-energy benefits.
