Building Efficiency Resources (BER) is a national provider of technical, educational and Quality Assurance services for Home Energy Raters (HERS), LEED for Homes Green Raters, and building performance professionals throughout the United States. BER (pronounced "Bear") believes in the value of energy efficient buildings and provides industry-leading technical and customer support to our clients.
