The Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (MEEA) will be sponsoring a Train-the-Trainer session for the 2009 IECC and ASHRAE 90.1 – 2007. The purpose of this DOE-funded training is to bring together key members of the building industry, building and code officials, and building inspectors to gain a better understanding of these two energy codes.
As more states adopt these energy codes, it will be beneficial to have members in each of the building disciplines who have gained a greater understanding of the codes who can, in turn, train others in their field. Through this network of trainers and more individuals with a better understand of the energy codes, we can increase building efficiency, safety, and overall occupant satisfaction. Space for this training is limited to 40 individuals. Review the details below and reserve your space for this training today.
