Building Operator Certification (BOC) training includes nearly 74 hours of classroom and project work (7.4 CEUs) in building systems operation and maintenance. Each course in the series is completed in a one day training session, except BOC 1001 Energy Efficient Operation of Building HVAC Systems, which is a two day course. To earn a certificate of completion, participants must pass an exam at the end of each training day and complete five assigned projects. Early registration is encouraged.

This new BOC offering is for facilities personnel of large multifamily buildings.

The HVAC SAVE program is a regional HVAC contractor training and certification initiative. This training teaches the skills necessary to determine actual effective efficiency of any functioning HVAC system and includes hands on demonstrations on how to perform critical HVAC diagnostics. 

Students who successfully pass the exam will receive the HVAC SAVE certification indicating their competency in HVAC performance and verification testing.

The fee to take this course is $600.
