Jennifer Milazzo is a seasoned professional in the HVAC industry with a lifelong connection to the field, starting with her family's business, D.M. Dykstra & Co. to becoming a women owned business in 2014. She has held various roles, from payroll and sales to operations and accounting, and has successfully developed a multimillion-dollar tech channel to becoming President and owner; eventually selling the company. Currently, she works with Mitsubishi to help distributors connect with contractors, enhancing brand awareness and driving revenue growth. Her diverse experiences have enabled her to build strong relationships with vendors, contractors, managers, and owners nationwide.


Jennifer has been recognized as NWBOC Women’s Circle of the Year and one of the Top Women in HVAC in 2022. She is an advocate for Women in HVAC, actively engaging in local and national groups, speaking at events, and guesting on the HVAC Jerks podcast.
She serves on the boards of the Southland Chicago Chamber of Commerce, where she chairs several committees, fostering business growth and community development. She enjoys being a connector for businesses and members, facilitating growth and development within her community.


Jennifer is a proud mother of four daughters: Tatumn, a professional soccer player; Mia, a special needs teacher; CosaBella, a criminal justice student; and Gabriella, a high school athlete. She is also dedicated to volunteering in the Chicagoland area, supporting various charitable initiatives, from packing lunches to distributing food to those in need.
