The Association for Energy Affordability is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving energy efficiency in buildings through training, technical services, and energy efficiency program implementation. AEA’s Energy Auditor and Quality Control Inspector courses are IREC accredited. AEA is a leading advocate for multifamily energy efficiency, conference organizer of Multifamily Buildings 2011:The Energy Efficiency Edge in Chicago, and contributor to ongoing DOE initiatives to develop job task analyses, standard work specifications and technical guidelines to build a stronger home and building performance industry.
