Randy Gunn is a Managing Director in Navigant’s energy practice. He has over 25 years of experience in the development, implementation, and evaluation of utility energy service programs. He has extensive experience with DSM portfolio evaluation studies, market potential studies, benchmarking of DSM programs, market assessments, baseline studies, and regulatory projects, and often leads Navigant projects in these areas. He is currently leading DSM portfolio evaluation studies for ComEd, AEP Ohio, Nicor Gas, and People’s Gas. Randy received degrees in Planning, Physics, and Religion, and served on the Board of Directors for the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (MEEA) for 12 years. He is based in Chicago.
