Rose Jordan manages advanced lighting, K-12 education, and public sector commercial programs at MEEA, including the STEP public sector self-install program, the Lights for Learning® K-12 education and fundraiser program, a public sector data center pilot, and several regional solid-state lighting initiatives, including Midwest LUMEN. She designs and implements program marketing strategies to grow existing programs while cultivating valuable partnerships with utility partners, vendors, program implementers and educators to stay on the forefront of what’s next in efficiency.

Rose is driven by a desire to communicate the ideals and practice of urban sustainability, a passion that led her to develop dozens of campaigns and videos for government, tribal and non-profit clients; manage a team of 35 to create the pilot episode of Mission: Sustainable; and work on county-wide grant programs to fund environmental projects.

Rose earned her bachelor’s degree in environmental studies and community, environment and planning at the University of Washington and is pursuing her MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She is also president of Kellogg’s KSA-EW Net Impact club. Rose loves to travel, cook and explore Chicago.
